The Council of Representatives held on 23/2/2013 the twelfth session of the second legislative term for the third year under chairmanship of Osama Al-Nujaifi, the Speaker of Council of Representatives. The session included the following:   - Presence 223 members. - The Council voted to refuse to return the federal financial budget to the Government to amend it. - The Presidency of the Council decided to host Ministers of Planning, Finance and Oil in the federal government and the Minister of Oil in Kurdistan region in the Council of Representatives to discuss the budget and submit it for voting within 24 hours. - The second reading of the proposed law to organize the duration of those appointed by proxy submitted by the legal committee.   The session was adjourned until Monday 25/2/2013.
