The minutes On 5/9/2013, the Council of Representatives (CoR) held its 17thsession of the 1st legislative term of the 4th period chaired by the Speaker H.E. Osama al-Nujaifi: - 222MPs attended the session - The CoR voted to pass the legislative proposal for the 1st amendment of the Military Service and Pension Law No. 3 for the year 2010 submitted by the Committee on Security and Defense, the Committee on Legal Affairs and the Committee on Financial Affairs; - The CoR voted to pass the legislative proposal of the Welfare Law for the Disabled and People with Special Needs submitted by the Committees on Labor and Social Affairs, Women, Family and Childhood, Health and Environment and Human Rights; - The session was adjourned to Saturday 7/9/2013.
