Twelfth session

 The House of Representatives held its twelfth session of the first semester of the third legislative year, the fourth electoral cycle, headed by Mr. Muhammad al-Halbousi, Speaker of the House, today, Saturday (10/24/2020), with the presence of (176).  Governorate, while voting on the governorates of Nineveh and Kirkuk was postponed to a session next Monday, and ended the first reading of two proposals and three draft laws, and the second reading of two draft laws.
