The Research and Studies Center of Madarek Foundation held a dialogue seminar entitled (Civil Society Organizations - Review and Evaluation) at the Hall of the Oil Rhyme Center in Baghdad on Saturday, 13/1/2024, in the presence of many organizations and academics, in which two papers were presented, the first was presented by Mr. Abbas Al-Sharifi, and the second was Dr. Arkan Al-Karawi, and the dialogue took place on what civil society organizations presented during the past period, and it was distinguished between effective and good organizations and inactive organizations that gained their moral personality without influence
