 The House of Representatives held on (3/6/2021) its forty-first session of the first legislative term for the third year, the fourth electoral cycle headed by Mr. Hassan Karim Al-Kaabi, with 170 attendees, and the session included:





 - voting on the third amendment law proposal to the Accountants and Auditors Syndicate Law No. (185) for the year 1969 submitted by the Finance Committees and Civil Society Institutions and Parliamentary Development.





 - Voting on the draft law on the accession of the Republic of Iraq to a protocol on preparedness, response and cooperation in the field of causing pollution with dangerous and harmful substances for the year 2000 submitted by the Foreign Relations Committee.



 - Postponing the vote on the draft law ratifying the agreement on avoiding double taxation and preventing financial evasion with regard to taxes on income and capital between the government of the Republic of Iraq and the government of the State of Kuwait at the request of the concerned committee.

 - Deputy Khalaf Abdul Samad recited a statement in which he recalled the March 1991 uprising in the Kurdistan Region against the buried regime, in which he lived through the sacrifices of the people of Kurdistan and the liberation of their cities from the power of the defunct Baath, asking God's mercy for the martyrs of the Kurdistan Region and all of Iraq who sacrificed themselves for a united Iraq.



 - The ladies and gentlemen of the representatives discussed a number of important issues related to improving the services situation for citizens, in addition to the subject of mid-year examinations for school students.
