Called for a radical solution to the farmers' dues file after the Council issued its resolution and it went unimplemented; for including in the budget three thousand five hundred examiners in the Ministry of Interior who have completed their procedures; and for forming a committee to consider the file of some six thousand Sahwa members in Wasit.

Demanded adding a clause to the parliamentary decision providing for postponing and rescheduling the agricultural initiative loans to ease the burden on farmers.

Demanded real support for the industrial and agricultural sectors (providing subsidized fertilizer and electricity), asked about the fate of the real estate registration and traffic revenues, and demanded launching Federal Service and social welfare appointments and supporting cancer and kidney failure patients.

Conveyed the suffering of Wasit's farmers harmed by water scarcity, and demanded the internal security forces and Popular Mobilization law and justice for the census and examiners' contracts.
